  • Rates are shown clearly on each house page and are applicable for the whole house per day

  • All payments are non refundable

  • Payment is expected in full at least 30 days prior to the start of the booking

  • Each house has a maximum occupancy that is clearly stated and must be adhered to

  • All houses are on the beach or creek and have swimming pools (unless stated)

  • No parties or functions are allowed without prior approval

  • Bed linen, towels, soaps etc. are included in the daily rate

  • You supply your own food and drink, or let the staff buy it for you (conditions apply)

  • Local fishermen can supply seafood on a daily basis to the house

  • All houses are fully staffed including (at least) a cook, house keeper, gardener and night watchman and are included in the daily rate

  • 3 night minimum on all bookings (conditions apply)
